Service day: Monday. Season: March 15 through November 30, 2026. Approximately 38 visits.
Payment Terms
$275.00/month, invoiced on the 1st of each month. Payment due within 15 days. Late payments subject to $25 late fee after 30 days.
Seasonal Extras
Spring cleanup and fall leaf removal included. Aeration and overseeding available at contracted client rate ($325 vs. $425 retail).
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Early termination fee of one month's service applies if cancelled before June 1.
